Curatorial Practice
Aldones Nino's curatorial trajectory is driven by a continuous inquiry into the potentialities and exclusions inherent in exhibition spaces. With an academic background that includes a double doctorate in Visual Arts and Art History, as well as a postdoctorate in Sociomuseology, his practice is established at the convergence of art historiography, contemporary production, and decolonial thought.
With a trajectory spanning more than a decade, he has consolidated the creation of exhibitions, artistic residencies, and public programs grounded in mutual collaboration. These projects articulate dialogues between artists, engaging local communities and historical archives; each initiative emerges from an interpretation of the territory and its multiple voices.
