About the work

Violência Epistêmica, Arte e Tecnologias is a video-collage that investigates the persistence of colonial violence in the social, political, and technological structures of contemporary Brazil. The work articulates discourses, testimonies, statistical data, and fragments of critical analysis to think through how slavery, institutional torture, state racism, class privilege, and surveillance technologies compose a single genealogy of control.
