NO HAY PAZ EN EL PAISAJE acto 1 is a video-performance realized at the Technology Center of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, amid a landscape marked by deterioration, suspension, and the collapse of a developmental promise. The academic-technological space, traditionally associated with innovation, the future, and progress, appears here as ruin: an architecture in which the idea of development encounters its own material limits.
